AXIOM NETWORK
THE FINANCIAL NETWORK FOR DIGITAL ASSETS.
AXIOM Network connects privacy-oriented and transparent digital assets with the infrastructure of regulated finance.
Financial products shown are planned and subject to banking partners and regulatory approval.
Two assets. One network.
The entire project rests on two lines. Everything else on this site explains them.
Privacy and transparency should not compete. They should coexist.
The bank provides the financial service. AXIOM Network provides the infrastructure.
Two opposing philosophies. One network.
A person paying rent and a treasury settling a bond need opposite things from a ledger. AXIOM Network carries both, each asset designed for its purpose.
Privacy by design.
AXIOM is the privacy-oriented asset of the network. It is intended to provide a more private transaction layer, where unnecessary financial information is not exposed to the public.
- Private transaction layer for individuals
- Selective disclosure to parties who need to know
- Identity verification and compliance where required
- Not a tool for avoiding regulation
AXIOM's dedicated privacy layer is part of the purpose-built network architecture (Phase 04).
YOUR MONEY. YOUR PRIVACY.
Transparency by design.
OPHIUM is the transparency-oriented asset, built for financial activity that must be verifiable: institutional, corporate, banking and potentially public-sector finance.
- Transparent, auditable transactions
- Institutional and corporate use
- Banking infrastructure and regulated environments
- Tokenisation and settlement
- Potentially public-sector financial infrastructure

Two philosophies. One ecosystem.
Card designs are concept mockups. Card programme, features and payment network depend on an issuing partner and regulatory approval. Privacy is the design philosophy of the AXIOM Card; it does not replace identity verification, AML, tax or other legal requirements.
The financial rail for digital assets.
Four layers, each with a clear owner. AXIOM Network builds the first two. Regulated institutions provide the third. Together they can make the fourth possible.
AXIOM Network does not provide regulated banking services. Financial products would be offered by licensed institutions connected to the network.
WE WANT TO BUILD THE NETWORK THAT CONNECTS DIGITAL ASSETS TO THEM.
THE NETWORK, NOT THE BANK.
AXIOM Network is designed as digital financial infrastructure. We do not intend to replace established banks. Our objective is to connect blockchain-native assets with regulated financial institutions capable of providing banking, lending, custody, payment and settlement services.
BANKS
What established institutions already have
- Regulatory licences
- Compliance infrastructure
- Risk-management systems
- Access to fiat markets
- Banking infrastructure
- Customer protection systems
AXIOM NETWORK
What we build
- Blockchain infrastructure
- Transaction architecture
- Digital assets
- Settlement technology
- Connectivity and interoperability
- Asset logic and future financial rails
The bank provides the financial service.
You see the transaction. We build what moves it.
Follow a single request through the network. Choose an asset and a product to see who does what.

BUILDING THE BRIDGE WITH BANKS.
We are building the technology layer while evaluating which regulated institutions can provide the strongest financial layer.
We are currently in dialogue with multiple financial institutions to evaluate which banking structure can best support the future AXIOM Network ecosystem.
We are deliberately evaluating different institutions rather than committing prematurely. The right partner decides which products are possible, where, and for whom.
Regulation
Licences, supervisor and regulatory standing.
Jurisdiction
Where the institution operates and can serve customers.
Technology
Ability to integrate with network rails and APIs.
Digital-asset experience
Track record with custody and digital-asset services.
Lending capability
Capacity to provide financing through the network.
Payment infrastructure
Access to payment schemes and fiat rails.
International reach
Markets the partnership could serve over time.
Institutional infrastructure
Services for companies and institutions.
Not financing the asset. Financing through the network.
AXIOM Network may eventually connect users and their digital assets with regulated financing offered by banking partners. The network provides the connection. The partner provides the financing.
What we are not building
A loan to buy AXIOM or OPHIUM.
The coin is not the object being financed. Users would not borrow money to buy the asset.
What we are developing
Financing accessed through the network.
Digital assets and the network around them may become part of how users access financing from regulated institutions.
User
Holds and uses
- AXIOM or OPHIUM
- Verified identity
AXIOM Network
Connects
- Asset records and valuation data
- Compliance interfaces
Banking partner
Decides and provides
- Credit assessment
- Collateral and lending terms
Outcome
Access to financing
- From a licensed institution
- Within applicable law
BUILD TODAY. OWN THE INFRASTRUCTURE TOMORROW.
AXIOM Network is currently built on Solana. That is a deliberate first-stage decision: we do not need to rebuild every layer of blockchain infrastructure on day one.
Why Solana for the first phase
What this lets the team focus on first
- Network architecture
- User experience
- Financial integrations
- Banking relationships
- Regulatory strategy
- Transaction systems
- Adoption
- Product development
Solana gives us the infrastructure to build today while we design the infrastructure we want to operate tomorrow.
FROM SHARED INFRASTRUCTURE TO PURPOSE-BUILT INFRASTRUCTURE.
The near-to-medium-term roadmap includes a transition to dedicated AXIOM Network blockchain infrastructure, designed around privacy, transparency, banking integration and financial settlement.
A general-purpose network that serves many applications. Fast, proven, and the right place to start.
One network with a privacy lane, a transparency lane and interfaces built for financial institutions.
Dual architecture
Support two very different transaction models, privacy-oriented AXIOM and transparency-oriented OPHIUM, natively.
Transaction control
Greater control over the core rules.
- Transaction logic
- Settlement and validation
- Network rules and fees
Banking integration
Interfaces designed specifically for financial institutions.
Regulatory flexibility
Room for what jurisdictions and institutions may require.
- Reporting layers
- Selective disclosure
- Identity and compliance interfaces
Settlement
Transaction and settlement logic built for financial products.
Governance
A governance architecture the ecosystem defines for itself.
Network economics
Control over the incentives that keep the network running.
- Fees and validator incentives
- Asset economics
Strategic independence
A mature financial network should control more of its own core infrastructure.
Solana is where AXIOM Network starts.
Purpose-built infrastructure is where it intends to scale.
Start on proven infrastructure. Evolve into dedicated infrastructure.
Six phases, no invented dates. Phases that involve financial services depend on banking partners and regulatory approval.
Built for a regulated financial world.
Regulated services come from licensed institutions. The network is designed so they can use it without lowering their standards.
Provided by banking partners
- Banking licences
- KYC and AML
- Credit decisions
- Customer protection
- Fiat and payment schemes
Designed into AXIOM Network
- Compliance interfaces
- Transaction monitoring hooks
- Selective disclosure
- Smart-contract audits
- Custody security
- Data protection
AXIOM Network is not a bank, holds no banking licence and does not provide regulated financial services. Jurisdiction and licensing strategy are part of our current analysis. Read more about the financial infrastructure

Questions, answered plainly.
DIGITAL ASSETS ARE ONLY THE BEGINNING.
From asset to infrastructure.
AXIOM NETWORK / AXIOM
Privacy by design.
The privacy-oriented asset of AXIOM Network: a more private transaction layer where unnecessary financial information is not exposed to the public. Your money. Your privacy.
Private from the public. Not hidden from the law.
Most public blockchains publish every transaction for anyone to read. Once an address is linked to a person, their income, savings and spending become visible to strangers. That is a design choice, not a necessity.
AXIOM is intended to let the network confirm that a transaction is valid without broadcasting who paid whom and how much. Cryptographic approaches for this are being evaluated for the purpose-built network.
AXIOM is not a tool for avoiding regulation. Where required, banking partners would perform identity verification and compliance checks. Privacy from the public does not necessarily mean anonymity from regulated financial institutions.
Today and tomorrow
AXIOM is currently built on Solana. Its dedicated privacy layer is part of the purpose-built AXIOM Network architecture planned for Phase 04.
Who can see what.
The intended disclosure model, subject to the final network architecture.
That a valid transaction occurred. Not the parties, not the amount.
Their full history, with the ability to share it selectively, for example with an auditor or tax adviser.
What the law requires them to know for KYC, AML and their own obligations.
AXIOM NETWORK / OPHIUM
Transparency by design.
The transparency-oriented asset of AXIOM Network, for financial activity that must be verifiable. Trust through transparency.
When visibility is the point.
For a person, a public ledger is exposure. For a treasury, a bond issuer, a bank or a public budget, it can be the opposite: a shared record nobody has to take on faith.
OPHIUM is designed around transparent, auditable transactions that can be reconciled and settled without a chain of intermediaries confirming what already happened.
Its design goals are auditability, deterministic settlement and compatibility with the reporting requirements institutions already work under.
Designed for.

How the migration is meant to work.
The transition is planned in stages, not as a single switch. Selected AXIOM Network functionality moves first, while existing infrastructure keeps running.
How assets, balances and integrations would move between networks will be published and reviewed before any migration begins. No migration date has been set.
Open decisions
Consensus and validator model, privacy technology for AXIOM, network economics and fees, interoperability with Solana and other networks, and the governance framework. Each will be published with its rationale.
AXIOM NETWORK / FINANCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE
The network, not the bank.
The bank provides the financial service. AXIOM Network provides the infrastructure. This page explains how the two are meant to fit together.
Who does what.
- Holds AXIOM or OPHIUM
- Chooses a financial product
- Completes identity checks where required
- Carries and settles transactions
- Provides asset logic and records
- Offers interfaces to institutions
- Holds the licences
- Provides the financial service
- Carries compliance and customer protection
WHEN A DIGITAL ASSET BECOMES MONEY YOU CAN ACTUALLY USE.
One possibility being evaluated is regulated payment functionality. Subject to banking integration and regulatory approval, AXIOM and OPHIUM could become part of real-world financial transactions rather than assets that are only held or traded.
What most crypto assets are today
- Investment assets
- Trading assets
- Speculative assets
- Blockchain-native transfer assets
Integrated into regulated payment infrastructure.
No regulator or bank has approved this, and approval is not assumed.
Finding the right jurisdiction.
THE RIGHT TECHNOLOGY NEEDS THE RIGHT JURISDICTION.
Digital-asset regulation is developing at different speeds across the world. For a network connecting digital assets with banking, payments and financing, jurisdiction matters. We are analysing frameworks internationally for legal certainty, innovation, institutional access and the ability to scale.
Regulation is not an obstacle to the model.
It is part of the architecture.
Why this is strategy, not administration
The network sits where several regulated areas meet. Where it is built decides which banking partners and products are possible.
- Banking
- Digital assets
- Payments
- Lending
- Custody
- Blockchain infrastructure
- Financial regulation
This is not about avoiding regulation. It is about designing the network around the environment that makes the model possible.
Currently under analysis
What we are looking for is the strongest combination, not the weakest rules.
AXIOM NETWORK / ROADMAP
From Solana foundation to global financial network.
Phases, not promises. Dates are published only when they can be kept.
Phases involving financial services depend on banking partners and regulatory approval. Progress will be reported here and in early access updates.
